HEART-MET Field Campaign (October 2022)<\/b><\/h2>\n
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the METRICS HEART-MET <\/a>robotics benchmarking competition, which consists of several benchmarks including activity and gesture recognition, object handover, object detection and grasping, and delivering items.<\/p>\n
The competition targets robots that function in an assistive capacity in a home, or healthcare environment such as a nursing home or hospital.<\/p>\n

Dates: October 3rd - 7th 2022<\/strong>
\nLocation: Cobot Maker Space, University of Nottingham, UK<\/p>\n
The Cobot Maker Space<\/a> Living Space facility is set up to mimic an open-plan style living space, including living room, dining room and kitchen areas.<\/p>\n
How to Participate<\/strong><\/h3>\nTeams and individuals from academia and industry are welcome to participate in this competition. Applicant teams must send an email to healthcare@metricsproject.eu<\/strong><\/a> \u00a0expressing their intention to participate in the Field Campaign and provide the following information about the team:<\/p>\n
