The 2023 ACRE Field Campaign took place on May 25th and May 26th<\/strong> in Cornaredo<\/strong>, near Milan (Italy).
\nThe venue is \u201cAzienda Agricola Ciro Menozzi \u2013 Cascina Baciocca\u201d, an experimental farm of the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences - Production, Landscape, Agroenergy of the University of Milan.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The ACRE Functionality Benchmarks (FBM) and Task Benchmarks prepared for the Field Campaign were:
\n\u25cf Plant discrimination FBM
\n\u25cf Weed destruction FBM
\n\u25cf Field navigation FBM
\n\u25cf Intra row weeding TBM
\n\u25cf Crop mapping TBMI<\/p>\n

Crops did include beans, maize and a horticultural crop such as lettuce (Lactuca sativa), zucchini (Cucurbita pepo) or beet (Beta Vulgaris).<\/p>\n

...and of course, beyond crops, there were weeds, including those already used for the 1st Field Campaign and -if requested by teams- additional ones chosen among Johnson grass (Sorghum halepense), Slender foxtail (Alopecurus myosuroides) and Sterile Oat (Avena sterilis).<\/p>\n
